Hey Merk...I moved ya to the RC's forum to get ya better answers...
How about start with showing us some pictures of the RC truck body so we can go from there....
What kinda material is the body made from....? acrylic, polycarbonate, carbon fiber, etcetera....?

Most R/C Car/Truck bodies come with a lexan body out the box...Carbon fiber and other ones are usually aftermarket.

I'v painted Lexan like I would any other plastic with lots of paints...It's all in the prep work...Some peeps paint em from the inside (if it's new and clear)...I have no clue on that process though...LOL

traxxas sells a body LIKE this..its clear and has silk screen on it...just pick a color like chrome and spray the underside...cant go wrong.

if you still want to airbrush the underside, use faskolor or auto-air.

take your time and have fun doing it though.
