problem..
define the light source, and make ALL the shadows match..

i have all the hard edges on the left and top of each division. kinda hard to see since the panels werent laid in proper orientation. that is unless you are seeing spots on a panel where the direction of light changes then point them out

bottom picture..
4 panels.. shadow on 3 is light from LEFT. shadow is on the LEFT EDGE..
the right pair of panels, light from TOP (engine side). shadow is on the top of the lower panel.
rivets all have light from top (engine).. or am I mis seeing?
suggestion? light needs to come from top left corner-toward the passenger side tire direction, then you can have consistent shadows??

ehh, 'you are too close to the work', and this is NOT directed at YOU, it seems to happen to lots of folks, in lots of occupations.. it happens.

Too true Shiva, you can get caught up in what you are doing and not see or consider what is important, which will create the diff between a good job and a great job.
