This is just the T-shirt stuff (Createx) from Hobby Lobby. Should I dilute it? I have been, with water, otherwise it doesn't want to flow at all. Any tips, secrets, help? Thanks in advance!

Are you straining it before use? I usually shoot it undiluted. But have not done a finished work with it yet just newsprint and Pellon.

I usually use the "Extender",,,
it supposedly is the medium
base before the pigments !!!
Water works,, but it cuts the
pigments,,
The extender comes in opaque
and transparent,, your choice !!!
Works pretty good tho !!!

Thanks for the input guys, no wonder my coverage is weak. I am like hitting the white on my black T about 60 paint, 40 water, lol. Flows nice though! I have bought some extender and will go with that, and of course, strain it.
Thanks again, this really helps.
White will be one of your bigger problems
when it comes to clogs and stuff !!!
Thin it too much,, loose your white,,,
Thin it not enough,, spray paste,,,
On white,, pull hair,, fart an just go on
with it best you can !!! Does'nt hurt
to strain often either,, just to keep
it liquid,,, (hahahaha)
Good Luck on it !!!:partyalone:

Just to add to this, if your loosing your white in the black shirt you can lay down a seal coat prior to your painting. I use Golden GAC900 as Corey was saying, just lay down a few light coats and heatset with an iron. This will lay down your fuzzies and give you a sealing coat to spray over. If you still have problems with the white buy some Goldens. Just kidding, use a hairdryer and dry each coat as you go. Just lay down light coats and hit it with the dyer for a minute and keep layint it on. Sometimes if it's a real pain I have the hairdryer in one hand and the AB in the other and just dry as I go. You probably know all this but I like typing so here it is again.:) :wink2:

Thanks Clinton. I will buy some Goldens for sure, once i use up some of the paint I have, I suspect I have more stock than some bodyshops, lol.... I have heard nothing but good about them.
I did lay down some sealer, which helps immensely. Thanks for the reminders....

Hey Dog. Go to the store and get yourself some Future Floor Finish. Get an empty bottle....fill 50/50 with Future/H20. Then 1 drop to 3 drops Createx. See if that works for ya. :partyalone:

Thanks Len, appreciate the advice. I saw that thread over on the "dark side" and figured, by the way they were bantering about it, might be worth a try.
Frankly, the only thing that bugs me, (tip dry is just a matter of fact, I pick all the time no matter what paint), is the mess it leaves my airbrush in. I had to completely disassemble my two HP-C pluses, and they still give me trouble, little dried bits hiding around.....
Denise, I use Uro's every day. A little floor wax seems pretty gentle in comparison......no?

Oh No!!!!! Don't start me in on posting MSDS on glycol ethers again!
Sorry D!!!! The stuff works great.....better than the Fantastic....no dry tip what so ever and it shoots "SO SMOOTH" Much better than the Fantastik...."no wettness, that you have to shoot air over to dry, and there is no "mottle" effect. It works for AA too!!!! Smooth as BUTTER!!!! Sorry D!!! I love ya:love: But I am a believer in the Future!!!!!:clapping2:
