I about an hour. :) Kidding wouldn't mind checking one out this weekend if possible let know if you get around to it. And thanks.
Corey thanks but i'd rather not, just limiting my time on there. It's too frustrating.:wink2: Thanks anyway.

Rick, feel free to post it in the Art & Kustom show this weekend if its done. Looking to have all new work posted in there to form an artists' archive. Thanks for considering...

not a how-to as such, but i got bored at work once and destroyed a redbull can. I took photos for reference in a project that never happened

diehard, you da man. great ref pics.
Something I've seen 'forgotten' in rendered torn/ripped metal....that the torn part can't be any longer than about half the width of the hole that was created (that it's adjacent to). And look at the photo! Don't forget the edges of the metal!! But Clinton, you're a bright boy, I'm sure you've already seen that.

Diehard thanks man, gues I could have done that myself.:speechless-smiley-0 That'll work great.
But Clinton, you're a bright boy, I'm sure you've already seen that.
Are you sure, i'm a bodyman. We're right next to welders on the scale.:smashfreakB: Just kidding to any welder that read this.:)

Great point!...Been a real long time since i've done any rips. So i don't have much recalection (sp?) of how it went???....But i can totally see how the things you mentioned could be overlooked....Awful easy to get caught up in shading, cutting, colors, everything else involved...End up forgeting the small details that add the realism ya want.
...I'm sure i'm guilty of it from time to time:roll1:
