Stencils

Thinking of purchasing a vinyl cutter that will be used for other purposes besides my airbrushing but can anybody give me information on stencils for temporary tattoos. My son has a tattoo shop and wishes to offer a non-permenant tattoo also using his (newly acquired airbrush) is there a product on the market for cutting stencils out of and if at all possible does anybody know of a european supplier preferably in the UK or Belgium or Nederlands. All information will be greatly appreciated
