Dear friends hi , I have a question .
I try to paint my older mobille phone, and now I am in the last stage of work, the Varnish.
But I dont know what type of varnish can be use?
I want a strong materiall to fix and protect the paints from continuing handling.
Thanks and sory about poor English.
P.S.
I used Humbrol paints for model kits, and my airbrush is Badger 150 with XF nozzle, and Badger 200 NH.
Not sure if a Varnish is what you want....I use Varnish on Canvas type material...It's not very strong....For a cell phone I'd use an Automotive clearcoat...But you need the setup to be able to spray it....If there's any Automotive body shops near you they might spray it for a small fee.
Or you could look for a good quality clear coat in a spray can (rattle can)...I'm not familiar with that paint at all though, so i can't say what will go with it...You don't want to spray something that isn't compatible over the paint, might do strange things..
I'm sure others will be along to lend some better advice.....Welcome to the forum...Hit up the introduce yourself section and tell us a bit about ya:D

Dell is right, unless you have a cel phone made of wood or something like that. And I don't think they made phones out of wood. Just kiddin bud. Dell is running on the right track though.

If using Humbrol... test whatever you decide to use. I found laquer reacted with every Humbrol colour except Black! In the end, I decided to use a different paint. Wood varnish works over humbrol, but you need to brighten up the paint (whites & pastels) after varnishing. You could try a clear nail varnish... but PLEASE tery it something else first. Paint some humbrol onto another plastic cover, then test it.
I use Humbrol for outside signs and DONT laquer. Paint and its ready to go!
Even using Humbrol on monumental stones, I find I can only spray the Black on Marble, spray the colours and it flakes!
Good Luck! Let me know if you find something that works!!
