I just want to start spraying the basics lines dots etc. Which paint do you suggest would prefer one thinned with water.
I'm using a Iwata Kustom CH Airbrush

createx would be my suggestion but it all depends on what you plan on doing when you get better at airbrushing on what paint I would get if I was you

I'm probably going to paint on everything if I know me. I wanted this AB for fine art. I have AB'd before but that was like 25 years ago and painted walls using oil based paint sometimes house paint. I just want something to run through the brush so I can get used to the dual action. I never even heard of dual action til a month ago.
I'm looking for a good water color 50/50 mix easy to clean.
I have some water based acrylics but I know they can be a problem with dying in th AB. I'll prolly end up using auto air most of the time.

I agree with Strictly Attitude.
I'm finding that Createx is the most forgiving to start with.

Cool createx definately has multiple uses and auto air is good stuff also it's very finicky to use but I got spoiled by ero''s but I'm learning to use auto air now for the low voc of it.
I think Goldens is the most forgiving for me so far....I tried Createx years ago and hated it...I'm only just using it again now with good results...Waterbase paints were hard to get used to for me after using Uros most of my life..But if I had to learn it all over again, I think Goldens would be the way to go....
Just some peanuts from the balcony:crazy:
I use Golden and Etac for waterbased.. had good luck with both.

I think it's all in the feeling . I used createx, golden, etac ,smicke , AA and Hok.
Still my favorit is Golden. But i guess it's always a personal thing and feeling.
You just have to try and feel whats best for you.

using Createx, DO NOT practice with the white.. it has a learning curve/pms problem with the tip dry situation. just my unofficial opinion
anything BUT white to get comfortable with the AB
