Very true cowboy. It wasn't actually that bad. The hardest part was trying to get everything layed up and measured center before I layed the vinyl. Wind is not your friend workin with something that big by yourself.

I'm sure this is a stupid question but, do you have a rivet brush? I couldn't imagine doin that outside in the wind.

No I don't have a rivet brush. I basically heat it with the heat gun and use the squeegee to wrap it tight to the rivets.

A rivet brush is about an inch round with a hadle on it. Ya heat the vinyl and spin the brush around it. Walla, no more pain in the ass. I had a couple different sizes. Works good on textured stuff, rivets or other pain in the ass stuff. Like if you put vinyl on the inside of the trailer. The chemlite is all bumpy, go over it with the brush and no more "I hate this job."

Good job there. Rivets are the bane of any vinyl installer's existence, but from what I can see you passed the 50/50 test. If it looks okay from 50 feet at 50 miles per hour, it's golden.
