That's how many of our active members have posted in this weeks' Sunday Art & Kustom Show so far. Seven people out of 473. I know, we all don't complete projects that fast, and can't post every week, I don't even have anything finished, but I am hoping some of you do have stuff and just haven't got around to posting it! Thanks in advance, for helping to keep the site rockin'!
Thanks a ton for those of you who have posted so far.

Some people are just too damn fickle. I knew this would happen and it's why I freaked out so bad when they did the server change on us and we lost a few of the Add-Ons for almost a week. Denise, Ron and myself spent the entire week trying to get things sorted out and didn't have time to help in the forums. Its like we had a few problems and people went elsewhere or just didn't spend any time here. It gets a little upsetting when I see people join to just upload pictures to show off their work and don't contribute or support the website. Especially in a time of crisis. That's fine though. Kind of makes me glad the Artist Gallery got wiped out. Members will come and go as fast as custom painters start and fail in business. The serious ones will stick around and become part of our tight community. We will continue to share our experiences and learn from each other. Their loss, not ours.
I know this sounds like a bitchy and uncalled for post, especially from an administrator, but between painting during the day and working on this website, I haven't had much sleep in weeks. So you'll have to excuse me. I'm a little tired and grumpy right now. But, I will continue working on the website most likely till 2AM again. Dedication and drive equals success.
Bitchy, yep, accurate, yep also. Anyway, Steven, your efforts, and Ron's and Denise's are hugely appreciated. The site will have these times and survive, grow and thrive. It is already packed with more resources than any other that I can see. We'll just keep on workin' it, makin' it better.:clapping2:

I've done a bit, but to be honest I'm still a bit too inexperienced to give any advice, also as I've just checked, some of the stuff I use in the uk isn't even listed(such as my Simair compressor). As I use more stuff I will definately post though as I could have used something like this when I first started looking into airbrushing.
Whit, that cold you had you gave to me !!!!, I've heard of catching virus's on your pc but this is ridiculous!.

Gordon, don't sweat it. Thanks for being a contributing member of the forum. I will go read your review. Next week, if you have something, great. If not, perhaps the next week.
I haven't been a member long and do struggle to take part on a daily bases cos i've been setting up my new shop, also never know what to say or how to take part, cos its my first time trying to be part of something like this, but i do enjoy all the hard work other people put in on my behalf and everyone else's,,, what i'm trying to say is thank you, the site is top draw, and we all must try harder.skin

Lol, Seadog. That was the point, trying to urge, nag, whine and stomp my feet to get folks to post their work. Doesn't have to be the best, just what is going on in their paint and art lives. I know its tough to always have something, so my point was, if more members even posted once in a while, we would have a lot more to view and enjoy. I hope it doesn' t have the opposite effect, nagging is a fine line, lol.....
I still have to go see what all was posted. I know i would have rather done that than be on the roof repairing a water solar panel. Shot the whole weekend.

Hi Clem, did you get it fixed OK? I would've figured, being where you live, you would have wind power at work, windmills in that part of the country, right, lol...
I would say it is fixed. Time will tell. This system is about 20 years old. Never had a problem till now. Small leak and had to tear it apart to get to it. It does freeze here now and then, not often.
Young man next door at one time worked on pool heaters, after he saw me on the roof the second day he came over to help.
The City don't like the wind generators, claim they are to loud for the neighbors so you have problems getting permits for them. I think there are other reasons but that is what they claim. Acres of them as you go into Palm Springs.
