What a frustrating day, went through reference photo's...can't find a damn thing that 'talks' to me.... preppin canvas so at least I can say I did something...
Now the Abyss is on, one of my all time favourites...I can watch it over and over.
Mystery Men is another...
X-Men, all of em...um, can I have Hugh Jackman for Christmas? (I've been good, I swear)
So name your fav's, and the worst! if you fancy... (my worst has to be "Clash of the Titans" gotta be one of the only films I've ever walked out of)

Hahah, Clash of the Titans is one of the only old and crappy movies i'll sit down and watch.........Just cuz back when i was a youngin i used to watch all that stuff with my Father...We loved all the "mystical" stuff...Sure it's terrible, But It was hard to get yer fix of sword wielding skeletons back in the day.:clapping2:
As far as other movies there's just to many.....Anything with naked people is always fun...Explosions, Car chases, People getting chopped up by mutant rednecks, All good.,hahha!

favourite movies eh?, Hmm lets see
Back to the future trilogy(corny I know)
Alien (all of them, watched that often I cant watch them anymore!!)
Gone in sixty seconds( the remake with Nicholas Cage)
The transporter
War of the worlds
The Core
The Thing
I have loads more but basicaly anything with Scifi/Horror or cars in and I'm sold
deliverence good bit of music in it Duelin banjos. Geeze I spent hours hours learning to play that.
Movies have to "take me away" or have charactors that draw me in, and of course some movies you like because of what was going on in your life at the time you saw them.
N of course NAKED always helps.

I'm a wus, I can't watch movies like Alien or the Thing without sleeping with the light on for at least three days. Saw Alien on a date...some date...I ended up with my head buried in his chest through most everything after it exploded outta the guys gut.

02-18-2007, 04:08 PM
Bet the guy was pleased, Lol.....
The first one is definately the best, second was ok, after that they sort of went downhill.
I love the Abyss too, the special edition is best as there's some cut stuff put back in that actually makes the film make more sense. Best bit for me(makes me upset) is the bit where she drowns!!.

M.A.A.: I would never sh!t you. You're my favorite turd!
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)
Night Nurse: Mr. Turkle?
McMurphy: Where the f#ck is he, why doesn't he answer her?
Taber: He's jerkin' off somewhere.
Orderly Turkle: Ain't no one jerkin' off nowhere muthaf#cker!
McMurphy: Turkle what the f#ck are you doing in here? Go out and talk to her.
Orderly Turkle: I'm doin' the same f#ckin' thing your doin'- hidin'!
The Tenant (1976)

Crumb (1994)
Robert Crumb: When I was about five or six? - I was sexually attracted to Bugs Bunny. And I cut out this Bugs Bunny off the cover of a comic book and carried it around with me. Carried it around in my pocket and took it out and looked at it periodically, and it got all wrinkled up from handling it so much that I asked my mother to iron it on the ironing board to flatten it out, and she did, and I was deeply disappointed 'cause it got all brown when she ironed it, and brittle, and crumbled apart.
..well this is only a few of my favorites.

Ok I've got one that nobody has ever heard of...
The Legend of 1900.
Starring Tim Roth...
That's a tear jerker.
I think it's on IFC Monday.
Tim Roth was the cop in ressouvor Dogs and the punk kid in Pulp Fiction.
But this movie is nothing like those flicks.
If your looking for action, skip it. but if you like sad endings, it's for you.

Later on, I had caught parts on TV...but for a movie that I went to see at a theatre? oh god, bad bad bad.....so I did get to see the cheesy owl stuff, but at a later date.
I'm a perfectionist, there are some things that I can just "let go" with effects, but hey, if you're gonna do em....do em really really well...or...well, don't. Hell, older movies with archaic technology have done better...I felt duped into seeing the film. I think that's why I walked out.
