Hi guys, I have a sheet of tempered masonite here at work and I was gonna cut some of it into T-shirt boards. Anyone have the proper sizes handy? I'm at work so I can't measure T's.
Just wondering if someone had those dimensions handy, I could cut em up today. Thanks in advance!:dog:

Mine is cut for Med or a bit smaller, not sure if it will work for your size.:party-smiley-042: It messures 23" wide by 32" tall, the height will sork fine but you might want to go a few inches wider if you doing large or bigger. I also glue aluminium foil to each side to keep the heat on the tee if I heatset between or in process. Just something extra to think about.:)

Thats a fun question. I use the same board size for Large & up, boards are 24WX36T I use the same size baords for small and Med 19WX35T for the larger size shirts i just clip the extra behind. I dont like my shirts too stretched out so this works for me. I also have smaller boards for the kid sized shirts etc. if ya need em.

I also put a nice curve at the top.
I just run one size,, made from a 2'x 3' (24"x36")
sheet of plastic with a slight taper both edges to
the center top for the neck,, fits adult large fine !!!
Be sure to round the corners :partyalone:

Whit, thanks, I like the taper idea... Full Blast, thanks for the various sizes!
Do you guys use any spray adhesive or anything to hold the shirt in place? Or just bulldog clips....

Nope no adhesive, if you heatset at all during painting you'll never get it off the board.;) Here's a pic of my board if you need more visualiztion.:)
