Thats a nice design, better than some of the other designs of the same type. One thing that I wouldn't have done was put the starburts over the letters like you did. Even though the person might know what it says, peole like to be able to see the words. I would have put them around the scroll or some place else.

Yup Id echo Siberian. work on making your highlites consistent. Also it may be a trick of the photo flash but the starburst's really distract from the design by pulling the eye directly to the starburst. too many light sources can throw off a design. Maybe cut down on the dagger strokes around the outline. < just me) Outside of that its AWSOME!
