Ok so now I find out, (was told) that AB hoses are AB specific and that just because my compressor comes with hoses does not mean it will fit. I did not see any IWATA specific hoses when I ordered. Where do I order one? Are there adapters? Will 10 feet be long enough? If I have a water trap on my compressor should I still get an In line?

Just more questions cuzz I am going crazy waiting for my orders. Thanks again,
JC

My comp has quick connect as well as my
AB's,,, I can connect my AB hose into the comp
directly or into the airhose that connects into
the comp (larger hose) but they are different
animals as far as hoses go !!!
Water trap and regulator are at the comp (out of)

Hope this is not confusing !!!
Denise gave a good link for Dixie for parts n stuff !!

Special stuff not that neccessary !!!

BTW,,, Dixie has the better prices and good

I go to Dick Blick to look around but hardly ever buy there. A lot of airbrushes come with 6' hose but they're a pain in the ass. I hook up regular hose fittings to a manifold but not the airbrush. I would send in a picture of I jnew how. I'm gonna get a Spectrum 2000 soon. On ebay for about $175. not sure how well they work with Createx though. Not sure how well anything works with Createx, I know I don't.

Hey Ponder,
UR correct, some hoses R gun specific... There's alot of resources for Iwata hoses; 1) BearAir 2) Coast Airbrush 3) Dixie Art are just a few reliable places... As fer the 10' hose, that should be enuff... Aloha -HotAir-

Lowes has quick connects, and I called the airbrush store for the first time and got quick service. They are online but i think you have to call to place the order. They are in Florida. www.theairbrushstore.com i think this is it

i think you should do wat i did. In this forum they suggested having a long hose from the compressor go to yur water trap/regulator and then another hose going out of the reg/watertrap to yur airbrush. I tried it out. removed the trap/reg from my compressor and placed it between 2 hoses. Biiiiggg difference now i dont hav water spitting from my airbrush.

The moisture question has a lot of What If(s) to give any correct answer!
