I just got a new computer and I can't get Signlab to work on it.. I also have to convert over to usb for the plotter =, Roland camm1 to Hp comuter... Any help or suggestions.. Sign lab hasen't returend emails..

If it's the old XP,,, try a rollback on compatability !!!
If it's the new Vista,,, You're up $hit creek until
you can find a driver,, and then beg the #@*+
Vista to PLEASE allow you to install something !!!
Lotta stuff is havin probs with Vista !!!
Be sure to keep us updated on your progress !!!
Wish I could help,, I had same probs when XP
came out,,, it's a puzzle till stuff catches up to
new operating systems !!Check with websites
on signlab for drivers,, a PCI "Serial" card $20/30
instead of convert to USB,, if that's your prob !!!
I've noticed they've dropped serial ports now !!!

tried the compatibility, no luck
do you have to put the dongle number in somewhere. Maybe I should reinstall

That "Dongle" needs a driver,,,
Try this,, (zipped driver for XP)
Mines a watered flexi,, but the
same driver MAY work !!!
This is the Dongle Driver !!!

That has a 16 bit dos driver and my computer said that it may funtion improperly sould I install it anyway
