A nice switch from skulls and flames. Very Nice job Jason. Thats what I call rolling art. But I,m kind of a wildlife nut. It kind of reminds Me of something out of the old winchester firearms calanders. Cowboy

this is the stuff i really enjoy, it has so much more personal meaning to the client, it seems everyone wants skulls, they're are everywhere, i usually refer to the skull bikes as regurgitated redundancies, but i'll do them all day because they're easy money

it's so refreshing when someone comes to you with an original project

Awesome job...I'd like to see the finished product. I agree
with you on how refreshing it is to do something different. It seems all I paint lately is fire and skulls.

some of it was freehand of course, but mostly loose hand cut paper stencils i came up with for comosition, some things you cannot achieve with the airbrush alone,

thanks for the kinds words everyone, workin on the other side right now

dude its so easy to get caught up in skulls, flames, and all that other macho stuff and it seems like if you do it long enough it feels like you can't paint anything else...I can tell your having a good time with this and the guys gonna get some good art.

I totally agree with you on this. I can tell you are enjoying this as it's so beautifully done. You really have some atmoshere in this. Yes, it is really refreshing when someone wants something different for a change. Again, beautiful work here, I love it.

Wow, There was a thread on another site once about why airbrush are is or isnt accepted as fine art (skullz and fire etc). Jason I think you qualify as the fine art artist. I know that technically this could be considered illustration, but its beautifull. Keep it comin.

i can't thank you all enough for the kind words, this side of the tank was pretty difficult mainly because the dog had to look like his dog and he used a specific gun and wore specific hunting gear, and the head of the dog is smaller than half a dime, to top it all off the client lives in montana this time of year so we've been communicating via email, that is hard

i'll be posting the other side of the tank today, another scene but a whole nuther look

Prouts, this is just a beautiful piece of work, I think some of the best I have seen in untypical art in a long time. Nice work man...... Any fender work?

Man... that is some clean stuff.
The first side the first thing that came to mind was Bob Ross' happy little trees, great composition and attention to detail.
The glow wrapping around the figures from the sunset really tops off the second side. Beautiful all around.

Nice work again.

Wondering if the theme discussion with a customer is about the same amount of time as the customer wanting a scull and flames. For some reason, I doubt it.

I am sure your customer will be happy with this.

ok finally progress, this project is taking some time,

continuing with the bird hunting theme, i suggested to the client having some game in their environment would be a nice touch, so i added a male and female peasant and a chukar on the side covers

thanks to all for the positive feedback

ok the last of it.......

the tweety bird on the back fender is actually their pet, they rescued it a few years back it fell from the nest and broke it's foot, they say he's pretty smart, he goes with them on vacations and doesn't stay in a cage most of the time, even outside he sticks around

the portrait of the dog is their hunting dog, it's on the front fender

Wow Jason very nice stuff, you really did a nice job on that dog. You have a really soft effect going on with this one, not the norm for a bike.:)
