your painting room? inside a house or similar, and HEATED?
waterbased, due to fumes, and flammability issues
outside, but heatable with conditions? solvent based CAREFULLY- NO FLAMES-aka pilot lights
third thing is WHAT can you get locally..does do to wait a week for another bottly in an emergency

As Shiva says, your spray room set up is the first consideration, after that paint choice can be made,

when ive been spraying cars and other stuff like wheels iv used cellulose in my work shop. i can get this stuff easy from locel shops.
ppl keep telling me waterbased colours witch ill be trying on a helmet soon, and over ppl tell me to use acrylic. and all round not to use cellulose.

Mr Mopar where are you from?
and what is cellulose? is it a uro?
and are you just doing the art work. you can use water base like AA,etac, wicked,
But if you are painting the whole car I would go uro..
edit here..
never mind I found it is a laquer paint.. I'm not sure with this one. never had a problem with laquer clear coat
but never used it with the airbrush..

Mr Mopar. if your a beginner with the ab I would use water base even if it's just one color. just to get use to cleaning it and tearing it down. because once you use the cellulose paint and it dries inside. B*&^ch to clean out..
But other than that uros is just fine alot of artist use uro. just make sure your ab has o-rings for the uros.. other wise you get one gooey mess..
