You should really learn to spray with good paint IMO, it will not clog your brush and tip dry nearly as bad as the craft paint. You will use so little either way I don't see how your going to worry about the $$. If you want to use the cheap stuff you can thin it distilled water, just remember it wont stick to much besides paper though. If you want something that will be great to spray right out of the bottle and wont give you near the problems of the cheap stuff buy a bottle of Golden air brush paint or FW acrylic ink or the Magic Color Acrylic. You can get any of it here I belive. http://www.artifolk.co.uk/catalog/products/airbrush_accessories/magicolor_liquid_acrylic_ink_28ml_bottles.htm
If you want some help on you side of the pond you could contact Aerart, he's on the forum just do a search.
just a tad of "Vinegar" in that water will act
as a retarder for your acrylics to avoid a
little of the tipdry situation they have !!!

So will a bit of White Rum, but it's not just the tip dry. It's the fact that craft paints are not manufactured the same way as the good or "real" air brushing acrylics. They are not ground near as fine so they clog the brush spit and dry in the tip, trust me it's well worth the time and extra litle bit of $$ to get some good paint to learn with. If your just starting the last thing you need to throw into the equation is how to properly thin your paint and how to fight tip dry, focus on the control of the brush and spray some real paint.
