Betty Boop Trike

Hey everyone, here's a trike I finished for a local bike shop. These cartoons are on the rear fenders of a honda trike (http://dansontrikes.com/2.html). The lady, an obvious Betty Boop fan, has BB themed personal checks, from which I took these images. Never done cartoons on an automotive surface
and never done Betty Boop before...let me know what you think.

Cool Will...I have fairings coming in for the Triumph and the guy is a huge BB fan (his wife looks like her)...I'll be going down this road soon enough...

How big are they goin to be Lynne? (the cartoons I mean-lol). These are about 9 inches tall and I used a liner brush for the whole thing. Started to get a little nervous around the lips and eyes...black be hard to cover up!

I'll sketch my versions of betty...scan em in, clean it up and turn it into a vector file (I have no idea how big yet)...then get it all cut out with paint mask...including the outline. I'll sequence it so I don't have to line anything.
Sounds good in theory. I stink at lining...and I've got enough stress goin right now.

Denise, thanks for the brain update, running on coffee, cigarettes and adreneline last three weeks...... I just remember you did a very nice one! I have never painted a Betty, maybe we should all paint one, what a blast the thread would be!
