my arm hurts

OK here I am again, I love this site!!!:love: Well this last weekend i wokeup with a sore elbow. I am guessing but a little like tennis elbow. Again I hate to sound silly but now its been a few days and, I did get an elbow wrap at the drug store, and well it still aches and burns a bit. It hurts especially when I use my trigger finger to depress anything like a spray can, hairspray..you know like that. Not so much the AB cuz its not as hard to press..lol as say a can would be.

So I am writing this in hopes that its happened to someone else and I can get a heads up on what the hecks happened to me. Geez maybe its just old rickety age..lol dang my birthday was last monday and its hit already...waaaaaaaaaa Please dont say its carpel tunnel...ty everyone

THis is gonna sound stupid, but if you got a chiropractor, go see them..
it CAN BE, in your neck, or it CAN BE the shoulder OR the elbow itself, ever so slightly out of place, and pinching a nerve

i guess i just wanted everyone to say it wasnt the ab..lol...my family is totally attacking me on the ab...too much Tina..lol never too much. I am new and need the practice damnnnnnnnnnnn..but ty everyone. Hey Dave, ty for the advice. I am selfemployed and well...I tend to try different avenues first before I shell out the bucks.

I talked to a friend of mine thats a bodybuilder later today. He has had this many times ( i kinda figured he would have to had pulled or sprained something sometime or other)..lol but he squeezed it and its tennis elbow..easily worked out with stretches...whewwwwwwww sorry my post confused you Dave but I was worried it was ABing related..thats all...:)
