Hey Bighead, I think the eyes look good. Perhaps a bit more detailing to define the sockets, shading light from the outer edge to black before reaching the eyeball?

looks great I hink the eyes look good I really can't tel with the pics.. but if you think they have no depth try your highlites and shadows that should work

Exceptional work. The flames and the face are awsome. What really impresses me is the riveted metal effect on the front.
For the eyes I agree that maybe more definition of the sockets and perhaps red pupils will make them pop.
