1-shot vinyl primer questions

Hi, I have a few questions about the 1-shot vinyl primer..

Would your vinyl primer also work on veg. tanned leather?

How long should the vinyl primer dries before I can apply 1-shot enamel?

Wold the gold leaf size stick the same way as enamel, after applied the surface with vinyl primer?

i have only used it on vinyl banners, rubber and some plastics 276ccm, and it was for further application of 1-shot "oil base enamel"...you have to experiment and make notes...
vinyl primer should be allowed dry completely...
use oil base size....

hahahaha,,, used to paint leather jackets back in the 50's,,,
just wiped it down with alchy and did the 1-shot straight on !!!
Due to the flex of the leather it would crack in a few months,,,
but at that time,,, it was part of the "Look" !!!
