Here's what I've been up to this week, although I have to confess that none of it actually involved an airbrush.
The drawing is my take on the Moomins as the Monster and Bride of Frankenstein. A friend of mine is a big fan and the idea just occurred to me. Hopefully she'll be amused.
The jacket is not leather but polyurethane, sized for a two to three year old. I can report that painting on polyurethane with acrylic paint is a thoroughly unpleasant experience and had I been told that in the first place... the customer had described it as a leather jacket before sending it. The paint didn't stick particularly well and when I sprayed some matt varnish over the top, it just beaded up and then dried to a far from matt finish.
Oh well, all in a day's work.
Cheers all
Rupert
