Tried to do a progress thread yesterday but the attachments got all screwed up and out of order~ and I lost my patience trying to fix it.
But here it is all done except for the signature~
he loves it!

Can't see the feather details since they do fade from dirty orange to bright yellow. And the white out feathers are actually ivory. The back or top side is red, then a thin line of ivory divide the red and black. It looks cool in dim light with an led spotting on it, it appears to glow :)
It leaves next week, headed to a place being built in San Diego~

Yip stunning work Carlene, trick with the new system if you got probs sorting them out is only upload a couple at a time as you need them, has a tendancy to upload how it likes and not the order you select for uploading.

Right off to look at more old skool stuff ha ha.......

SWEET! I always love your work Carlene. Now that your painting stuff and shipping it to San Diego, I guess that makes you a nationally famous painter :) Maybe it's time to make your own striping DVD and sell a few thousand copies.

Aw thanks guys :)
I have thought about it, cuz loading to you tube is sorta long! I'm loading vids now of the scrolling on this one and did a fan blade yesterday. I do them in segments then with their editor I merge them. They aren't marked or tagged so unless I link them, they won't really be found ;)
I'm sneaky that way~

Nice watching the action, what was the first brush you were using, was that the ET you were on about.

Great stuff on the videos Carlene. I see you depend on your left hand to support your right wrist as you're painting. Have you ever considered using a maul stick for support? It would probably give you more freedom as to where your support can go and would keep you from having to worry about dragging your support hand and/or sleeve through other paint. Hold the maul stick with your left hand, and rest your right wrist on it.

Andy, yes that's the ET, it's just sooooo nice! then I got to bobbo for feathers.

Ron, yes, I have tried a stick, it seems to get in my way. My rt hand has 'gliches', nerve problems that stem from a neck injury so my left also helps to calm those. It may look like I'm in my paint, but I'm not. With the camera there, it's in my way, so it makes it challenging at times. :)
