Don't get me wrong love the AB but....................the scrolls are coming as with the line consistency a couple of design issues, absolutely lovin this, just got back home last night, 6 hours in the cabin today ha ha...

Great work,Norm..Tell us how you did the scroll work-the job looks super..can`t wait to see it all cleared..Andy- you`re getting better all the time !! The line consistancy is really lookin nice, and the designs are well balanced..

Thanks Sharon, Russ, John, I created stencils for the body of the scrolls, sprayed a silver base, then finished them internally with a .005 pen using black ink... it is an archival ink and I've had good luck with it in years past. This piece won't see much sunlight, so it should be lightfast. If I had Carlene's skills, I might have been tempted to use a striping brush.. just don't have the skills to pull that off. I went with what I know...

stupidly busy here, another plastic bike racing helmet done in team colours, to match riding kit... nearly finished, just got a big 'e' to put on front above the middle vent hole, then its ready to clear. All in paint, no vinyl. Lines pulled by eye with blue 3mm tape, which seems to leave its glue behind when you pull it off!!!!! Also got a tiny bit of tape bleed with the red, always with red for some reason, must be finer pigment or something, probably Ron would know why...

Another nice clean job Carlos, know they normaly say when you have taped up hit with the intercoat to stop the bleed through because the AA base is rough as anything.

good tip on the intercoat.. I'll try that next time. 3M 3mm blue tape as well... crap stuff, comes off the roll all wobbly, hard to get a straight line without pulling it so much you end up stretching it then it peels away! AARRGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Im gonna end up in the loony bin one of these days LOL Maybe a wider tape will pull better lines

hot damn what a show!!!

my sprayin fun so far..some random sport bike parts in kandy red.

the black ones are a 4 wheeler and Harley tins...black base, black diamond pearl, and clear...All gets sanded flat for heaps of art and Kandy. Skulls on the bike with green Kandy, spiders on the wheeler with lime gold Kandy.

Here is my racoon painting I started a few months back. Finaly got around to doing the whiskers. Here it is ready for shipping to my daughter in Mass.
