did you ever get one of those really sick commissions that are nothing more thena deadline crunch, and a test of your patience? This is one of them.So many pieces and a customer with no vision lol. And i think colore blind. Every piece of this bike, get a purple and blue true fire treatment , plus , three murals , which i convinced him to come down from 9. And he wanted it last week. But the deadline is this weekend. geezzzzzzzzzz spring is here lol.

Hey Guy, I'm feeling your pain, sometimes the things people want are hard to get through. I don't enjoy the customer who dictates too much of the concept without having the overall vision of the end product. Those are the ones that usually end up sitting longer.
You took a hard color combo and made it work !!!
Lookin Good,,, Lookin Good !!!:partyalone:

i hear that cowboy, and this guy is a hard rider and a long distance runner too. I have done his other dresser for him and his wifes harley , byt this time he is just impatient. Really cuts into the creative edge.

That looks soo goood.. I would of told the customer it would take me 3 1/2 weeks and get it writing that way he knows he has to wait.. always add on extra time when they want it fast you have to make them wait ...

i wish i had someone from this forum around these parts, i'm so completely buried. It seems there is only me and one other guy that would be considered talented airbrush artists in the Portland area. Both of us are handling this whole area and we're flooded.
right now i've got 4 bikes (2 small murals and 2 complete theme bikes), a 1950's fridge, a bicycle frame, a quad, a sandrail, a car hood, the whole front end of a '35 ford, and a restaurant mural that is 5' by 60' that i'm gonna start next week!!!!! I'm only one person.
Guy, not tryin to steal yer thread, I know you're swamped too, do you have help? Is Lynne close to you?

I'm 10 hours from him Jason, and we're working out the details...or trying to.
I don't know how much I can help though...

i am trying to get Lynne up here for two weeks at least Jason, and it would help a LOt. and your not stealing the thread buddy , it just helps people see what it can get like when you are only one person. Even drive my clear coat guy nuts sometimes lol. And it is worse if you get delays , then everything else backs up.

by the way Sharon , its that boat walkaway that threw the schedual for a loop, threw me right off track. The biker was good until his buddies took their bikes out early. Tha's why i don't take bike commissions during the summer months. The summer is kept for my real art lol. By the way the pool looks great, i will show you the one i did years back

Nice work just the same Guy, thanks for taking the time to post.... sounds like good quality work is in high demand. Its the same around here, if I wasn't so busy with the sign shop, I could easily be busy with painting, and I'm not even close to the caliber of you or Jason....
