Playing around while I am thinking lol..........should be getting some pespex in the next couple of days so can make templates up for the tank to practice designs on, I'll do a rough colour match and spray the back.

Anyway was playing vid, no way I am showing didn't realise the tounge sticks out so much when I am concentrating lol................need a better camera angle as well any way ha ha.

I put my camera on a tripod, but it still gets in my way cuz I try to put it so I'm not in the shot so much, just my hands, doesn't always show things right though~ I thought about hangin it around my neck lol!

yip thought that, or the sports cam hanging over the top or using it on a helmet mount, had it on step ladders hee hee, try something new tomorrow.

Also been tinkering with a 3 colour stripe quite interesting.

lol M its just it is what it ended up as lol, non started with any idea of where they were going, just a case of well I will do this add that an a wee bit there an an ha ha ha

For now, I'm just stuck on the single color 'back bone' with the flashy feathers. Can't seem to get my eye not to follow the first lines and I wind up duplicating what I already did. But you are definitely getting it!

What I was playing with is pallet a base colour on the brush, the kafka always seems to have a top an bottom, lay out two other colours little swipe about an eigth from the tip, top an bottom, loaded with 3 colours, get some nice blending and differentiation between the 3 colours.

Your so clean in your work, just me needing to run afore I walk lol, half of it is well is gettin wound up over whether the colour overlay is going to knack the whole design, has done before with the wrong colour choice.

But remember what I started with? You have to go back 16pages in Pinhead to find my first true attempt at something scrolly, 9/08 lol!
And they got worse before they got better.
You're already farther ahead in designs just starting out, that's just cool!

You know i never took to pins much, never even liked the fancy stuff until I saw Purps fun.....Now you guys are my 2 only favs..haha.........that lid im looking for ideas for would look nice with your twirly touch...I know i can't pull it off, will stick to the air..hahaa

Cheers Dell, HD owners from what I have read seem to prefer daggers, everybody else loves the twirls lol....
