Its been a couple of tough nites for Our friends in Texas. Colorado, Oklahoma, & Nebraska, Not to mebtion here. Over 50 tornados & high winds. Myself ,We got lucky And only damage from straight line winds & torential rains . nuthin I cant fix. I,m just hoping everyone else was as lucky. Stay safe . Cowboy

The squall line passed us by within about 5 miles, which means it was very very windy, thunderstorms, and heavy rain...we got lucky. Doppler shows it just missed Whit's area by about the same.

A little worried about Denise though, should be hitting there with full force right about now, hope it continues to swing hard east..... it could miss her area if it does..

Yep weve had some pretty nasty winds up here. Not as bad as the rest but a bit breezy when your up on a scaffold.

We were fortunate here. I just got heavy rain for a short while. About thirty miles north east from me the got flooding rains I wish all of you in the tornado belt a safe season.

Storm? what storm? LOL Ok it went up north and west of here. barley got any rain outta it. Which is good cuz my 11 year old son is scared sh!tless at the mention of tornado's. (thanks to the movie Twister) LOL Dallas gets all the fun. Id have a real storm cellar if i lived up there. Keep yer heads down tonight though, sposed to kick up again tonight.

yipee. Its startin again down here. :) But not to worried about anything twisty though. Im almost prayin for hail over in Austin, my brother inlaw has a roofing Co. LOL Is that wrong? We're under a tornado warning, and a flash flood watch right now, supposed to get worse as the afternoon progresses.....Whit and Denise, watch your weather channel! FB, not sure if you're in the path or not....being southeast of us.

Tornado on the ground north of Moody, (halfway between us here in Temple and Waco, 20 minutes north of us) should be crossing I-35 in a few minutes.... Passed us on the west side and is crossing to the east, should miss Whit in Corsicana.....very dark, windy, hail and rain here....

The storm veered hard west when the tornado formed, passed south Waco and has dissipated somewhat over near Marlin. Still dangerous but should miss you Whit and Denise, by quite a ways, now going directly west along the squall line.

We're ok here, sky didn't go green like last time we had a tornado. You could actually see the sky go green & black. Tons of rain, wind and lighting is all, we were lucky, again.

Well I hope Y,All made it allright. We Lucked out here, just heavy rains & lotsa lightning & Flooding , But No tornados, I,ve seen nor heard off . or flooding like in Texas. Yall cant seam ta catch a break . Cowboy

I think our weather mans smokin pot or has glaucoma. He said it was supposed to be partly cloudy with scattered showers today, its only 7 am and has been storming hard here for the last 2 hrs. My outside plans are cancelled so its a duke day for me i guess.

I love to sit on my porch and watch the lightning. It give me inspiration and is very calming at times. (unless its hitting the tree in my yard)
