Hey how do i find a paint code for a motoircycle?

Hey peeps. Yesterday I sold my KTM on craigslist. IN LESS THEN 1 DAY! Anyways, I just bought a 02 GSXR today and it has a few blemishes on the plastics. It looks like a kandy blue on the fairings. How do I find the paint code? Do motorcycles have trim tags? Help!

Colorrite.com (google it) has the factory paint...prob is it's usually a kandy...(those blues)..So you have to buy the correct base...they dont tell you the base color so you can cheat, just give you the code and say you need it...and they charge a lot!....if you could figure it out yourself could easily save 100 beans.....Personally think you could repaint it your choice for the cost of the pints they sell ya.

That's the only site I know of for sportbike colors...An example for ya...Guy wanted his rims to match his copper Gixxer...Looked it up was gonna cost like $189 for just the copper, had to buy the base seperate.

I hunted through some HOK kandies and bases, got it all for half that and it was a damn close match
