This was something that I did for my son. At the time, I thought that it was a good idea and I still do. I guess that i'm not too happy as to how it turned out. I think the "fire", if thats what you want to call what I did, could have been better. I don't do fire much and really want to get better at it.

The idea for the "tribal" was just something to "fill" in the open space. I didn't want to fill the whole shirt up with fire unles it looked good and mine just dosen't fit that description.

Once I got it done, I noticed that the lettering was lopsided, wasn't too happy from then on. Hopefully my son still likes it. If not then back to the drawing board.

I've been trying to lay out some fire myself. Yours does look much better. If your son walks with a kids swager no one but you will notice it being lopsided and a lot of stuff on shirts doesn't square up any way.

May not be what you want but it don't look bad either.

Thanks Clem and Todd, I still think that It could have been better but what artist dosen't say that. The skull on the hood looked pretty nice. I still need to find a way to keep down the "nap" in all cotten shirts and stuff. I have been told to use either extender or retarder. Spray that firts and then heat set and then paint? Does anyone know the propper way to do it, specially on dark material.
