CRASH

I have had some problems with this brush,I cleaned it over and over but could never get it to spray quite right. It sprayed great for some time after I purchased it . so I thought I wasn't getting it clean. So...one day I sat down with it and really checked it over, found, I at some time bent the tip, I couldn't see the bent tip but, if I ran my finger slowly over it I could feel it. so, went to get a new one at the store. Person at the store told me if that didn't take care of the problem to also remove the teflon bearing and check for any paint build up, oh and you should also use some airbrush lube...........never used it , but ok. left with new needle and lube. got home and decided to kill two birds with one stone, removed the teflon bearing, sure enough a big glob of paint on it. cleaned it off and carfully reinstalled it. lubed up the needle and triger and put it all together. now it seems as if the needle is harder to install than it used to be,even with the lube. when I slide the needle in and out of the body it feels as if there is more than a slight drag. is it posible to over tighten the bearing causing more friction on the needle? it seems to move freely with the trigger??? just takes more effort to remove, reinstall at least compared to my older Iwata revolution which I have never taken the bearing out of.
