T and Carpet

A tshirt I did for my husband a while back. It is of a car he built. The other is a little patch of carpet for a young lady who loves purple and dopey!

hey lil,,how does those carpets hold up,,do they frizz alot when painting,,must be a bitch to do,,,CAME OUT CRISP AND CLEAN,,NICE WORK ON THE T AND THE CARPET,,,I bet the kids will step over the carpet,,,NO One in there right mind would use that as a carpet,,thats ART!!!

XZOTIC~They actually hold up well. I painted one for my front door just to test the durability. It is holding up great... and let me tell ya with four kids and a mechanic for a husband it really gets one heck of a workout. It is a little bit of a pain to paint because of the texture but it is kinda fun too. You should give it a try.

Dubie, the hood has to be redone. My three year old son is a budding artist and seems to think that EVERY surface is a fresh new canvas just for him. Walls, floors, cupboards, carpets, couches, matresses, dressers, sidewalks...... HOODS! Before we could get it cleared he took a marker to it and added his own little touch. No big deal. I think I can do a better job now.

Been a memeber here for a while, but I have trouble getting around on this board just because there is so much to see on in so many catagories. I could spend all day here looking at pictures and posting replies.. but I don't think my kids would like me very much if I did. :animal-smiley-075:

Regarding the hood...I KNOW you'll do an even better job of it now. Your skills are SHARP lady!! Be sure to keep posting up your new works

I took the summer off of painting but started a mailbox and a welding helmet last night. So FINALLY, I'll be posting new work up again
