Henry,
Are you heat setting the paint before they are washed? The typical textile paint needs to be heat set before the colors will be semi permenant. It is possible to use a household iron with a cover sheet to set it but does not do as good a job as a real heat press. The paint should be set at I believe 350 degrees for several seconds and the shirt should not be washed for at least a week then in cold water turned inside out and washed by itself. with out the heat set the paints will wash out easily the first time.

tell them as soon as possible, then get the shirt back and DO IT! Hopefully you can do damage control here...your reputation is on the line, because even if you correct the problem some people are still gonna say your work fades!
REDO the shirts or whatever it takes!!
it also helps if the shirt has been washed at least once....gets the top fuzz off.
Don't keep figuring dumb. Go with learning experience. I really doubt that you are the first to make a mistake and will not be the last.

Years ago, I used to teach silkscreen classes at night school. The inks were also heat set and what we learned to do was put the shirt, folded so the image was up and put it carefully into a brown paper bag, then bake it in the oven at like, 400º for the required time. Would this work on Createx?

So, Henry, why all the whining? You're not 16 yet and you're giving up? I have a job that takes me between 60-100 hours a week, for over 9 years now, and I still get at least 4-6 hours of airbrushing in as well, sometimes more. I guess it comes down to whether you want it bad enough. You will develop the skills if you keep learning, or quit and give up learning, like too many kids these days seem to do. I guess I can't blame you, work ethic (and desire to succeed) is dead, isn't it.........
For what it's worth Henry,,,
I got into paintwork when I was your age !!!
Began working on friends cars,,, to young
for a drivers licence but had older friends !!!
You learn your paint,,, you too can have
older friends with cars,,, all wantin paint !!!

ya i know if i jump to cars i will have lots more money but i quit being a hard head and decided not to do it....i have that guy that still wants me to and a couple other guys and even some of my friends offerin lots of money to paint pictures on there lowrider bikes.....but i would rather crawl than walk....plus i still got alot of work to do...but on my car shoot im puttin all kinds of details i dont care...
It works for shirts as well !!!
If nothing else on that heatset,,
just turn inside out,,, thro in tha
dryer on high for about 30 min !!!
Take an iron,,, set high,,, put a
clean paper between you and tha
shirt,,, iron it for a bit !!!
Anything is better than nuthin !!!
Keep practicin,,, that lil brush can
put you thru college !!!
