On my new job we do a lot of drag cars, and i was just offered to do the renderings for some extra money...evidently they pay good money for these! Does anyone know of any programs dedicated to this or is it all done in photoshop? I have no idea how it's done, anyone familiar with this?

Skids, that's kinda tough, only because the cars are stretched and altered so heavily from stock. (Being a big drag racing fan, I love your job, looks like a blast from the Website).
However, depending on whether you want to foot the cost, you could try www.digitalauto.on.ca. They have the digital auto catalogue and the whole thing is in Illustrator vectors, perfect for rendering on..... expensive but depending on what you will be doing, worth it. I think last years' model, which may be fine for these cars, as they're rarely brand new styles, is available on the Kustom Kulture site, http://www.kustomkulturelounge.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2036, in the want ads at half price.
