I have never tried to buid up a sub box or mold in some tv's yet, however I Am going to be trying to build my own sub box this comming spring so I have been researching the best methods on how to do it. I have found most people use fleece to stretch over the basic framework of your project then impregnate the fleece with your fiberglass resin and let harden. This will give you the basic structure to start adding your fiberglass. you can find fleece in any fabric store and it doesn't matter what color.

hey man i mess with this stuff all the time, goto the magazine stand pick up a car audio magazine.. look at the rear pages you'll find some great step by steps on this stuff..
anyways mite wanna go with poly foam, great stuff, you can knock it down to your shape with sanders, then lay your fleece or material n poor ur resin over that and you'll have your shape formed n etc.
but to start off with you have to have your form around the tv monitors such as the frame or if your going make your frame to hold them in. after you place your frame. use small dowel rods to hold it up or anything such as little popcycle sticks wood glue them to the monitor frame, then you can either stretch your fabric around the whole visor to the frame and lay your fiberglass matting, thats one route if you dont wont to do the polyfoam method. but yeah go pick up the latest edition of the car audio magazine at the store, look at the rear of the magazine.. it'll help out tons.
main tip i have, use a disposable cheap paint brush, to spread resin, and wear disposable gloves when messing with it.. its sticky and hard to get off. good luck.
