This is an example of what is called "Wayfinding" signage. This is a component of our patented Echo sign system, which is modular and made with all sustainable products. If a sign panel needs to be changed, the rest of the sign is kept in use, just remove the panel and replace it.

The panels are our iZone phenolic resin, digitally imaged. The challenge is, this type of Hiking Trail sign has to encompass all four types of signs in one pylon. (Did you know there are only four types of signs???) Identity (Colonial Greenway), Directional (which way do I go?), Regulatory (no bicycles) and Information (a story about the area).

The sign posts are weathering steel, which is intended to rust, then it forms a hard skin and never needs painting or maintenance. Custom made steel. The crossrails are our own patented extrusions.

This is for a hiking trail in Mamaroneck, NY and consists of 22 of these double-faced pylons along the hiking trail. The price to the city of Mamaroneck was approximately $ 30,000.
