:floating: :partyalone: Well I got brave tonight and tried my first real eye. Createx airbrush paints on newsprint. I am kinda proud of it for a first attempt. I had some issues with the black not wanting to flow so he dagger lashes are kinda ragged. It is not finished and needs more detail but the paper is wet and I need to let it dry to continue so I thought I would brag and show it off. Comments always welcome.....

Tim, I am blown away at your rapid progress. Now if only I could do the same with my striping, LOL. That is awesome man, look how far you've come in no time. Clem, check it out, this might be inspiring for your practice.....
I still want to see more Mooses, practice or finals....

Scott,
Thanks for the props, I plan to get back to my moose as I want the shirt it is for next week so I gotta get at it . As far as satriping it is just like this art Practice Practice..... If you get a chance to attend a stripers panel jam do it it will vastly shorten your learning curve.
Lookin Good Moose,,, and Lookin Good Quick !!!
You've really been practicing !!!:partyalone:

I would love to attend a panel jam, I agree, nothing like hands on learning, with someone better than you. I became a very good pool player due to this in my younger years. Played with some serious professionals, and I could put most people's lights out. Now, not playing in years,I couldn't beat my grandson...LOL.

Looking good Tim! If that black isn't flowing well for ya, reduce some more. I took Clinton's advice and reduced it by 400%....sprayed for hrs and I had no dry tip or flow problems at all.

Len ,
What media were you spraying and how low did you set your pressure? Are you using a top or bottom feed gun? Not sure how well createx would handle that much dilution and if My Paasche would flow well at very low pressure. Guess it is worth experimenting with though.....

Hey Tim, I am using a Rich pen 113C gravity fed brush. I was using Createx, reduced 400% with 50/50 H20/Fantastik. Shooting at around 15 psi. Len
