FIRST TRY AT TATTOO

Hi Guys, We had our first try at airbrushing Tattoo's today, We had a very shaky start, the airbrush I brought in played up, It just wasnt happening, The girls were so disapointed, I rushed home and got another airbrush and itworked although the ink seemed very thick, what can I reduce it with, it isnt waterbased.
Anyway we managed to get it going, here is the results.

Annemarie got the hang of it straight away, and as you can see there was a big demand, we had no short of guinea pigs.

I Have to say its a prety good open minde school, The Kids are great, I dont I have really grown up yet, thats why I get on with them, The Head of the shool wants to get a Tattoo as well, The priest was in today he was going to get one but he is meeting the Bishop tomorrow.:banana::headbang::wave:

the blacklights you mean? i only can get 5 colors...but im sure you can get those closer to where you are...just look for OCC dealers

Thanks Josie I will check it out, I hope I can get some paint closer to home as you say, there is alot of people selling paint out there but I only want good ligitamit stuff, At a reasonable price. I will have to do some research.

very nice stuff! just a question where did u buy your stencils from? i got mine from ABA and they were VERY floppy and hard to work with, yet doable.

Hi Mierz, These stencil we got from ebay, They were a little expensive and alittle small, But I jst got a book of 100 stencils from www.everythingairbrush.com now we havent tried them yet, they look good though, we the girls try them we will post a report, they are off school now for two weeks, so when they get back we will try them.

and may i ask how you stuck the stencils on the skin? i would love to do that and get those crisp lines that you guys are getting :).

They uzed the small ones, they were self adhesive, most of the stencils are. havent tried the new ons yet.

If you make a border from duct tape around your stencil they are much easier to handle and prevents over spray.Check the videos on my web site.

Looks like you are havin fun, I got roped into doin tats for my cousin's 38th birthday last year , Lets just say I am glad my wife was not there !!!
I used Medea inks from airbrushes.com in England, Easy to spray no clogging ,but the colours were a bit transparent had to put lots on .
