:partyalone: To whoever it was that told me how to roll tees and rubberband them. I am so sorry for forgetting who told me this info. I DID IT!!! So far so good. All packed up for this Sundays cheer compitition.
They are all rolled and put in a duffle bag with cardboard dividers. I did have to add a small duffle to put 3 sizes of youth tees in but thats ok, I can fling that over my shoulder and put the duffle (might I add that is to freakin heavy to carry) on top of a roller suitcase, I have packed with sweatshirts, and roll them in together. Now all 3 bags can slide under the table for the shirt nurse to pull orders from his seat.
Hey if anyone has anything to add about packing made simplier, please do so. I love the suitcase idea since I have a small car and they go into the backset so nicely. I love the rolled tees no more bins and they r seperated!!
Now if I could just solve the unpacking of the sweatshirts. Currently I have them in 4 roller bags. 2 crew bags and 2 hoodie bags (1 ea. for adult and 1 for youth). There is no way I could do "say" this event without hoodies. I am going to sell out of the crew neck sweatshirts and stick with tees and hoodies, but for now I have the crew's to tote around. After the cases have been opened under the table, my nurse gets a bit sloppy about keeping sizes together, just thought maybe someone would have a better solution. MINUS BINS...lol I dont have the room.
Thanks everyone for your consideration.
also since my event is Sunday all day. I will post when I get home or maybe saturday in the art gallery. I will take pics at this event. All cheerleaders are adoreable...gotta love them!!
