OK question, this came up last week at a meeting with a new gymnastics and cheer gym. They want me to come to their meet in the spring, but they want paperwork signed about how much they will recieve and how they will recieve it. Does anyone have such type contract? Ideas? I do offer 20% to the gyms I do, so far with just the understanding that the price of inventory, paint, gas money and paying my nurse comes out first. But of course there is always someone who gets weird. She said she wanted to have something written up for me to sign. I am not liking that agreement too much. I think I would like to have it written up actually.
OK one more thing. This is a little embarassing, but I have to put this out there. Last month I sprayed helmets for a fundraiser @20% for them . Mind u my first time under pressure to do helmets all day..wait let me bow to Heinekin. Cuz it stunk!! But here is how the day ended, I have NEVER had this happen. The woman in charge of the fundraiser approached me at the end of the day to count reciepts and money with me! Does that sound cool? I felt so violated! she just made this like"as a matter of fact" kinda thing. I just cant imagine thats ok. I was so bum-rushed I really didnt know what to say. But I didnt have any paperwork ready to prove I had expenses. Now I run a business, I know unless you are the IRS I just dont think You have any rights to my billing or payroll..or do they? HELP! and thanks so much for anything u can help me with Tina
