Just jumping in here with a couple a cents !!!
Do the design in black n white,,, then after
the design is okayed,,,SILKSCREEN !!!
I work with a local T printer on artwork and
they do a multicolor for a tad under $10 ea...
Do the art,,, job it out,,, mark it up 20%/40%,,,
Even with stencils,,, you're talking a lot of
manuel hands on for this many T's and they're
gonna lowball you at best !!!
Lock in the artwork,, Lock in the exact sizes,,,
Lock in a price,,,
offer a discount if paid up front ONLY !!!
Don't forget to add the shipping on this !!!
The only thing additional I'd offer is individual
names,, and that can be on site and between
you and the individual with the shirt !!
Be careful on deals like this,,, much frustration !!!

Do the art in black/white,,,
the screenprinter can add the
spotcolor but on your presentation
you'll need color added (photoshop)!!
Just get with a screenprinter to find
prices and what's needed in the way
of artwork,,, they provide the shirts !!!
Be careful with your artwork in your
presentation as well,,, you may find
your design used,,, and not you !!!
Just 2 more cents,,, almost a nickle !!!
