Needed to vent.....

I was told by someone to never take my anger from work home and puking on paper helps w/ this, so I wanted to share my frustration. I work at a body shop supply company that sells many things including bolts and clips for body mouldings and interior clips. So here's my rant for today.......
We got a phone call today from a person looking for the clips that are used to attach a bumper cover 2 the fender, unfortunately my coworker answered the call and she's still a little green but thats not the point. We sell hundreds of different style clips but do not use the OEM numbers, they're generic and 1 can be used for multiple uses and we need a sample to match up to......long story short (TOO LATE!!!) I helped w/ the call and told him this.....
He said that the dealership just needs the application and they can match it up so I told him to go there.......He then told me to go #$^% myself :dropjaw: then hung up.
I really hope he phones back on Monday (I know his voice) then i can:devil2:

You have to take the good with the bad, not everyone can understand what you tell them. He'll phone bvack after that clip is 300% higher price at the dealer. We use your guys stuff all the time, I just bring the stuff in to mach just like you said.:)

I was also taught to start and end your day w/ a compliment to everyone you met. So when he hung up I couldn't tell him to "Have A Nice Day" (the sound you hear is me laughing out loud)
