Welcome to the forum...lol, you're not afraid to jump right in there, are you? An excellent start... and I see you're getting really tight with some of the linework on the skull...good for you!
Flames are one of the toughest things I've ever tried to paint. I'm still not happy with my results, so it's still a learning skill. But I'll give you some advise that a friend told me....find yourself some reference pics of fire, there's a ton of it online. Use this to analyse what flames 'do', they kinda flow as one, in unpredictable organic patterns. Pretty soon, with a bit more practice, you'll get there.

a sugestion for your next flame job, a lil less hole's and more freehand will help lay the pattern out better, and use a ref pic it does help...Im still working on flames myself "they are quite tricky"

good job on them both !!
keep it up !:D

Nice Puggsley....i really digg the rib cage of yer skull guy.........Off to a great start.........I'm no flame pro either...so take what you will from my advice.

..I'll echo outlawedGraphics on the less stencil effect and more freehand....Also when you do use the stencils...hold it acouple inches or more off the surface....Kind of fogg yer spray to the edge...it'll give a softer but still crisp line..

......Keep sprayin

I am posting my third work done with regular acrylics thinned down with water.
I gad to put the paper on my door because my stand is somewhere else...so therefore i apologise for the dor knob on the picture:)
Any suggestions on what I should do in the background?
Can anyone tell me if it's okay to use acrylics lets say if I was working on a car?
Thanks for any comments and corrections.

Thankx josie, good to be aboard lovin' every second of it:)

Hey puggs, nope. I'm afraid it's not ok to use acrylics on automotive projects. If you want to stick with waterbased paints (for the graphics, you still have to get it cleared with Urethane Clear) check out www.autoaircolors.com
it's a waterbased (not water bourne, big difference) automotive grade paint, and many of us here on the forum use it... myself, Clinton, Saint, Clem, and illfx to name a few.

Nice. I was amused and amazed at the emotion and personality that you were able to depict from a skeleton. Keep posting.
