Not sure if anyone uses Krylon for anything.
I use it a lot on Sport rockets.
Anyways, It's not just the style on the can that has changed.
For Krylon.

Thank you for your inquiry with the Krylon website. We appreciate you
taking the time to contact us.

Yes, the Indoor/Outdoor line has replaced the Interior-Exterior line, and
the formulation for this product is different. While the Interior-Exterior
line was an acrylic lacquer, the new Indoor/Outdoor line is a VT (Vinyl
Toluene) Alkyd enamel.

Thank you again for your inquiry. If you have any other questions, please
reply with complete message history and my name in the subject line, and I
will respond as quickly as possible.

Sincerely,
Eric

On a rocket forums I read, it's not going over very well.
They are buying out the stores of all the old formula they can find.
Observations from some who've tried it.
New stuff,
Goes on really thick. (wieght is an issue with rocketeers).
Too high volume from the can.
Drys before it flows out.
Wrinkles if you aren't really careful with recoat times.
I've heard that it's pressure to kill lacquers, but that's only hear say.
