What type of paint did you use on your work?

The paint was AA trans white. I have got some etac, still trying it out.

Now forgive me a bit since I'm still new to this field (airbrushing)
I'm assuming that you painted the canvas black first...then airbrushed with trans white?

Yes sorry should have said. Base coated black then go at it with the white building it up slow and try not to have to use the black again.
I only use an loose outline mask (to help keep overspray to a mimimum) and freehand everything inside the mask.
