Standstill/Isa

This was my last piece. They are Nordic runes that I am either casting or finding in the water, hence, Standstill. This relates to where I am at in my spirituality. The Nordic runes were found in the water by Odin, the Norwegian God.

Scandanavian are you? I think I am a little, perhaps from Viking Summer Camp in the british isles a long long time ago...lol.

I am 1/2 Norwegian, 1/4 German, and 1/4 Polish. You are right Whit! Bill over at E'TAC gave me the brilliant idea, especially since the one in my avatar is Joy. I am working on myself everyday. I feel if I stop, I will die lololol :cutheadoff: and I don't want to go there, so I keep working on me :pumpup:

It is 24"x48" Golden Acrylic. I will take Dru's class in a few weeks, so I hope to improve some, although I may need to go back a few more times before it is noticeable :animal-smiley-071:

I just got the Advanced Portrait DVD after I finished this piece, so I wish I knew about the scrtch and erase technique........
