Some months ago I was asked by one of the British visitors to this forum if I could get any bottles suitable for holding urethanes, at that time all I had was 50ml bottles that would hold acrylics.

I've now found stocks of various sized bottles that will takes urethanes as well. Details of the bottles can be found on the Creative Woodturning (http://www.creative-woodturning.com/airbrush.htm) web site.

I use the bottles for mixing colours for woodturners who like to decorate their turned pieces.

Hi Colourshift,

No segmented turnings, the piece in the avatar is roughly 12" in diameter and was turned from a freshly felled sycamore tree. It was then turned so it had a 1/16" wall thickness.

When it was dry (about 10 days later) the cut outs were pierced with a high speed dentist drill running at 430,000 rpm. This I had to buy from the United States as they're not available in the UK, its an air turbine. The piece was eventually airbrushed to add decoration and finished with 2K lacquer.

Regarding the bottles for the urethanes, it is very difficult to find suitable bottles in small quantities here in the UK. Excuse my ignorance, where is Royal Oak, MI?

Regards....Mike
