Hey Everyone. I posted this without the nose on last Sunday's art show....I had a lot of problems with finger prints showing up when I started to fade in the skin shadows. Well I did the nose today for Pepe (and myself, I needed to finish it to a point).....it was starting to freak him out looking at the "NOSE-LESS" creature!!!! LOL. Well here she is.

Thanks everyone for your support.....This new area has had me beating my head against the freaking wall....Like I said, "I learn more each time, more of not what to do than what to do right." But I feel right now that this is where I belong at this time....I feel compelled to do this....it makes me get down in the basement and consumes my thoughts. Well, I have 10 canvases that are in need of another coat of Gesso.

Thanks,

Lenny

Thanks everyone for comments and support. As the Dog has said...it has been a journey from the dragon post, but it just gets more frustrating as I move along....one little mistake can ruin hours of good times and then ya have to suck it up and go back and continue with what you just want to take to the firing range

Luc, thanks for the Prop's!!! Baby steps....but I persevere....at least sometimes! LOL. I have the Golden....thick stuff, and I had probs with it. Right now I am sticking with the Createx (not Auto-Air)..reduced 400%.

Well, back to work tomorrow, so no spraying for a few!!!

Later my friends!

Hey Len...what with the Golden? In my eyes, that paint is very similar as the Createx so you do have to reduce it big time. I know that Clinton is very familiar with this paint. He uses it all the time. Maybe he can guide you as to how to properly reduce it. I know its thick out of the bottle because I own some.

Are you using it with the Airbrush Medium from Golden? ...Designed to modify GOLDEN Fluid acrylics for airbrush use.

I guess you could not find the Holbein or the Com-Art paints in your area?
