Why is it that customers know exacty what they don't want.. I got a customer that came in and said that I want sanddunes with a purple sky, Done, no problem.. I thought, Can you add more red, how about like this picture.. Asked the customer... He called this morning and asked how it turned out! As if I just had to hit print... So Here I am Complaining to you all. Thanks for being there.... I'm going to switch to tatoos, Then they can't change it..... Oh by the way all artwork was supplied by him in the first place.. Coffee's done!! Nobody makes coffee around this forum. Have a great day, Rick....

Try that when building a hot rod/custom car. I have them change ther minds all the time. Last guy said he wanted his truck yellow, picke the colour and we finished off the frame and inside all the cab dors ect. Guess what comes to take a look and desides he wants it purple instead. Then they complain it's taking "way long than you quoted" and it costs more. But the customer is always right.:blah:

I'm 6' 6", rather large and have size 13 boots, haven't had too much trouble...lol, yes I know the feeling primo, but all the good ones make up for the idiots, but until the customer tells me exactly what they want I won't go ahead with the job, and if they change their mind after that they pay for the alterations.
good luck mate
Mike...
